You May Resonate With This!!

I feel such a sense of gratitude to the powerful energies at work for Good in our conscious experience right now. It is an amazing time to be alive and a celestial privilege to witness that which is transpiring before our eyes.
It is truly a time to dream (and manifest) a new dream, a new paradigm, a new way to be, an expression of the One that sees, feels, understands and acts from that connectedness.

Part of the richness in my life is that I get to co-create, weekly, an experience of musical meditation for a community of like-minded people who gather to celebrate and acknowledge their inter-connectedness. By co-create, I mean there is The Creator, an expression of the creator that functions as conduit (Me), and other expressions of the Creator that choose to co-create the experience for themselves also.

This music is born from within this collective energy, coupled with my free will intent and desire that this music help and heal people and our beloved planet. (Another expression of the One) My music is not rehearsed but simply flows from the Creative, in which we’re always immersed, through me, to render itself as an unspoken musical message of It’s Love.

If these musical meditations are of service to you, I want you to have them. If you know someone whose health may benefit from this music I want them to have this music too.
I am offering, free of any charge, to send these meditations to you on a periodic basis.
If you would be kind enough to send me your email address I will email you with a web link that will allow you to download the MP3 file like the one below from the July 22, 2007 meditation.

As these meditations run about 20 minutes their file size is rather large (17-20 Mb) so DSL or High Speed is recommended.

Please enjoy, be well and let me hear from you.

New Music Meditation. Hear it now!

Dearest Friends – It is with gratitude for our connection and you’re encouraging words and support that we continue to create a new vision for our world and ourselves.
Thank you.

In that light of love and connection it is in my heart to share, with each of you, yesterdays (July 15, 2007) Musical Meditation. My hope is that you experience a resonance with the music and find its intent of peace and healing within the carrier wave of these vibrations.

My desire is that you will create for yourself the conditions in your life that would allow you 20 minutes to sit, rest and journey through your thoughts and emotions, surrounded by these unspoken words of music. I know this; you deserve it!

Please enjoy the ride.

There's Music Out There...Everywhere!

I was sitting here working on the Center for Music Medicine web site, finding my internal frequencies lowering as emotive reactions of frustration began to manifest through the cause/effect of this not-quite-yet tweaked laptop. It's a long story for another time.
Anyway I found myself suddenly hearing the exterior sounds of close-by and distant birds, children playing a few doors down, a distant helicopter hovering over the interstate and a myriad of other distinguishable disturbance waves affecting my reality perceptions. What really got me were the close-by birds.
I have to tell you that it is an absolutely beautiful, warm and sunny day in West Sac. They're not even spraying us today. So..here I am listening to the birds and feeling drowsy and I'm whisked away by the music of the moment into a distant past memory of childhood naps.
What a good idea! So as I acknowledged the emotion of and chose not to participate in a feeling of frustration and instead turned and heard the moments music I relinquished into a supine posture and steeped myself into the childhood memory. It sounded exactly like I remembered it sounding when I was five. I had a nice nap too.
I hope you are well, in sunny weather and will stop and hear the music
